Incorrect/Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect order or items that are damaged, please contact us via email at enq.sunniecreations@gmail.com or call 0431387567 within 4 business days of receiving your order. Ensure that the items are in their original condition. We will make the necessary arrangements to replace the incorrect or damaged items. 

 

Change of Mind

Many of our products are made to order, specifically for you. Please double-check your order prior to confirming it, as bespoke or customised products cannot be returned due to a change of mind. 

 

Changes to Order 

Ensure that your order customisations are exactly as you want before purchasing. While we try to accommodate changes after an order has been processed, we cannot make changes once the order has been made or shipped.

 

Lost Parcels / Unclaimed Parcels 

We do not offer refunds if an incorrect shipping address is provided. If the item is returned to the sender, the customer will be charged again for the initial shipping costs.

 

Change of Address 

The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed. Where possible, we will accommodate address change requests. However, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and are not liable for any associated loss.
