Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Our shipping prices start at $10.95 for standard shipping within Aus and $15.00 express shipping with Australia Post

Most of our orders are personalised and handmade from our studio in Melbourne. Typically, it takes 2-4 business days to dispatch handmade orders after receiving payment. Shipping time depends on your location and whether you choose standard or express post. Our stock is shipped from Melbourne, VIC.

During sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, End of season netball), turn-around times may increase to 6-10 business days.

We ship via Australia Post so please see their website for the current turnaround times. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do ship world wide. Some orders may incur customs or import duty charges based on your country's regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All customs duties and tariffs charged by the local customs office are at the customer's expense.

International shipping starts at $29 turnaround times vary depending on your country and customs but usually take up to 9-25 days 

Express shipping starts at $49 turnaround times vary depending on your country and customs but usually take up to 8-18 days 

We ship via Australia Post so please see their website for the current turnaround times. 

We may contact you in regard to your order if shipping price to your Country and region have been updated and you may incur an invoice for price difference.

 

Pick Up

Pick up can be arranged by appointment only from our studios based in Mill Park, Lower Plenty or Watsonia. Once the order is placed, please contact us with your order number to arrange a pick-up time.

 

Re-delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address details, we will organise re-delivery at the customer's expense. Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive an email or text with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please monitor the tracking information in case no one is home to receive the parcel and you need to collect it from the post office or organise re-delivery. 

Note: Parcels returned to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need re-delivery at the customer's expense.

 

Business Days

All terms are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
